The foundation itself has a website and uses several social media. As a visitor or an exhibitor you provide the foundation some personal data. The foundation processes in that case, but not limited to, the following data:

– IP address;
– user profiles;
The foundation collect and processes these personal data for the following, but not limited to, purposes:
– accept and process orders;
– to improve online services;

5. DOES THE FOUNDATION SHARE MY PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES?
The foundation may share some of your personal data with third parties. The personal data that we share with third parties will be necessary, for example, to properly perform a contract to which you are a party. In that case the foundation will take appropriate measures. Parties with whom we share your personal data and which our located in the USA are EU-US Privacy Shield registered, which means they comply with the GDPR.

The foundation does not store your personal data any longer than necessary. Your personal data will thus be processed no longer than needed to fulfil our purpose in question. However, a longer retention period for your personal data might be necessary in order to comply with a legal obligation.

The foundation uses several types of cookies. The functional cookies that we use have the following purposes, such as remembering your personal references. For these kinds of cookies we do not need your consent. Besides the functional cookies we use analytical cookies. These cookies show us the behavior of the website user, so we can optimize the website and improve your experience on our website.
Furthermore, the foundation uses Google Analytics. This way we can track how users use our website. The information we get from Google Analytics consists of user statistics. We have set the settings in a privacy friendly way. Besides, we have entered into a data processing agreement with Google under which Google is not permitted to pass your personal data to third parties.
As stated before we do not need your functional consent for functional cookies. If we require your consent for some cookies, we will request your consent through our website. Besides, you can set your browser in such way that cookies may only be stored with your consent. Keep in mind that many websites do not work optimally if cookies are disabled.
